Account Termination

1. Ummazing.us reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to pay any due fees
  • Any other reason that we deem appropriate

Arbitration Fees and Costs: The payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules.

No Class Actions: You and Ummazing USA agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Further, unless both you and Ummazing USA agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Opt-Out of Agreement to Arbitrate: You have the right to opt-out of the agreement to arbitrate by sending written notice of your decision to opt-out to the specified address of Ummazing USA, within 30 days after first becoming subject to this arbitration provision. Your notice must include your name and address, the email address you used to set up your Ummazing.us account (if you have one), and an unequivocal statement that you want to opt out of this arbitration agreement.

Arbitrator's Decision: The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties. The arbitrator's authority to resolve and make written awards is limited to disputes between you and Ummazing USA alone. The arbitrator's award shall be judicially enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Arbitration Clause: Notwithstanding any provision in these Terms & Conditions to the contrary, we agree that if Ummazing USA makes any future change to this arbitration provision (other than a change to Ummazing USA's address for Notice), you may reject any such change by sending us written notice within 30 days of the change to Ummazing USA’s address for Notice. By rejecting any future change, you are agreeing that you will arbitrate any dispute between us in accordance with the language of this provision.

Miscellaneous

  • - The list of services provided by Ummazing.us may change depending on user traction and demand. Notifications will be provided to affected users as necessary.

  • - Any content that includes hate speech, offensive, or discriminatory language is marked as prohibited on Ummazing.us.

  • - Your data is protected under our privacy policy.
